Because of the international nature of our practice, Duncan
Grehan & Partners has wide experience of issues arising
for administrators of the estates of deceased persons who
were nationals of countries other than Ireland with assets
such as property or shares in Ireland and who were not resident
or domiciled here. We have particular experience of dealing
with the estates of German nationals in those circumstances
and we have forged good working relationships with German
law firms and groupings specialising in probate and inheritance
law. We have been able to work on behalf of Irishmen who have
immigrated and established themselves in countries across
the world in the administration of the estates of their deceased
