Duncan Grehan has written the Irish chapter of a comprehensive book "Beck'scher Grosskommentar zum Insolvenzrecht" edited by Dr Stefan Rheinhardt, soon to be published by Beck Verlag, explaining the national insolvency laws of many of the world's capital economies.

He has recently contributed a chapter to a new book on insolvency law, containing reports from all over the world, called "Münchener Kommentar zur Insolvenzordnung (aus Band 3: Anhang 2)", Kirchhof/Lwowski/Stürner (Hrsg.), 2003, Verlag C.H. Beck.
